mls 25-30 standard photo package without drone. cost: $240
Includes 25-30 high quality HDR photos. Provided within 24 hours for both MLS and printing use. For properties over 1 acre an additional charge of $50 or more may apply. No travel fees if property is located within Central Oregon. Basic cost is $240 for homes up to 2500 square feet in size. Over 2500 square feet is charged an additional $50 for each 500 ft increment above 2500 square feet. Example: For a 3500 square foot home, the charge would be $240 + $50 + $50 = $340
MLS 25-30 STANDARD HDR PHOTO PACKAGE WITH DRONE. COST: $310
Includes 25-30 high quality HDR photos. Also includes 5-10 aerial / drone photos. Provided within 24 hours for both MLS and printing use. For properties over 1 acre an additional charge of $50 or more may apply. No travel fees if property is located within Central Oregon. Basic cost is $310 for homes up to 2500 square feet in size. Drone Exterior Only MLS Photos. COst: $200
Includes 5-10 aerial photos and up to 30 seconds of video. Basic cost is $200.
TWILIGHT SHOOT. Cost: $150 -$200
Includes up 5-10 photos (both aerial and from the ground). Cost is $200. If combined with a package, the add-on cost is $150.
Extra acreage Photos. COst: $20 per photo
For properties that have a lot of extra acreage on the property that are outside of the immediate vicinity of the home. Examples include farms and ranches.
Video walkthrough. COst: $250
HD video of property, including music, drone footage, interior footage and editing. Price varies based on square footage as follows: Basic cost is $250 for homes up to 2500 square feet. Over 2500 square feet is charged an additional $75 for each 500 ft increment above 2500 square feet. Example: For a 3000 square foot home, the charge would be $250 + $75 = $325
